Speaker: One of our Childbirth Educators

The Baby & You programme follows on from antenatal classes and runs over 3 sessions. The course is a fantastic opportunity to get out and about with your newborn in the early weeks. You take your baby along and he/she can feed/sleep/play throughout the sessions.

It is a structured but informal class and if your baby is unsettled during the class this is no problem at all. The course covers a lot of topics that will be helpful to you in getting through the first few weeks/months of parenthood and deals with feeding, winding, illness and when to call a doctor, sleep and settling techniques, childhood complaints e.g. teething & common colds, crying and what it means, toys/books, music & movement, baby massage and more!

If you are having a particular problem, it's a great place to seek advice and hear other people's similar stories.

Tea, coffee and biscuits are supplied.
