Parents Centre provides an essential service for parents preparing for their new baby and for the first months of parenthood.
With the potential spread of Covid-19, we taking into consideration requirements to keep everyone who uses our services safe.
Because the information we provide to parents is time critical, and because we want to be proactive during this unsettling time, Parents Centre have already put into action new ways to ensure our services are still available to everyone who needs them.
Check your local Centre for their latest information.
The Ministry of Health is providing daily bulletins on what you need to do to keep safe. Check these daily and remember to frequently wash your hands thoroughly, self-isolate if you are feeling ill and avoid crowded places. The policy of social distancing should now be treated as the new norm, as it slows down the potential spread of CV.
- Keep up to date with the Ministry of Health’s advice.
- Wash hand frequently and thoroughly
- Avoid touching your face
- Sneeze into your arm or elbow, not your hands
- Self-isolate if you are not feeling well
- Keep at least 2 metres from anyone who is unwell
