Midwife Of The Year Nominations 2010
Was your midwife amazing?
What did she do that was so incredible?
WAPC wants to hear all about it!
Midwives work incredibly hard and we are constantly hearing about how busy they are and how few of them there are. So, WAPC would like to acknowledge those amazing women in the greater Waitakere region who work so hard almost 24/7, 365 days of the year by letting Waitakere mums nominate those midwives who are truly amazing to be the 2010 Midwife of the Year.
So, approx 200 words tell us about your midwife, what she did for you and your baby and why she deserves the accolade of being the best midwife in Waitakere City. The winning submission and two runners up will not only be published in our June/July newsletter, but will also receive a Westfield Gift Voucher. The lucky midwife will win a $100 beauty treatment voucher from ExudeNZ Beauty & Body Care in Henderson, and the two runners up will each receive a bouquet of flowers from Ebony Flowers of Te Atatu Peninsula and a box of chocolates.
To enter: Please email your submission to info@westaucklandparents.org.nzby 30th April 2010. One submission per person please. Nominations are welcome from anyone who has had a baby in greater Waitakere, you don't have to be a WAPC member to enter so please feel free to foward this onto anyone who you think might be interested.

Terms and Conditions
* Nominations are open to mums with babies. They do not need to be past or present WAPC members.
* WAPC committee members or friends of the committee are not permitted to enter
* Judges decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
* Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
* If more than one nomination is received for the winning midwife, the winning submission will be determined as the best entry as judged by the WAPC co-presidents.
* Entries must be received no later than 30 April 2010
* All entries remain the property of WAPC
* Winning entries to be published in the June/July issue of WAPC newsletter and WAPC eNews.
* WAPC reserves the right to amend submissions for space considerations.
