Annual fees
  • First year of membership $60
  • Subsequent years of membership $40
  • Childbirth Education Class including one year membership $195
  • Childbirth Education Class including two years membership $220
  • Committee membership $20
  • Holder of a Community Services Card $20
How to join:
  • Download our Membership Form Click to Download Reader, complete it and email it to membership.uhpc@yahoo.co.nz or post it to Upper Hutt Parents Centre, PO Box 40-231, Upper Hutt.
  • Make payment via internet banking or send us a cheque. Our account number is: 01-0771-0019148-00 (please quote NEW and your surname as the reference).
  • Upon receipt of payment, we will send you a confirmation letter, receipt and membership card.
