Infant Massage

Practical hands on infant massage for parents with babies aged between 6 weeks and 4 months (approx). A great opportunity to enhance your bond with baby.

The course will cover:

Benefits of massage
Contraindications to massage
Choosing the right time to massage
What oils are safe to use for massage
How to massage your baby

Please bring a towel or two. Massage oils will be provided.

After the massage session morning tea will be provided and there will be time for discussion and to meet other parents with babies of a similar age.
