Baby & You
An essential course for babies aged 0 – 6 months
The course covers a variety of issues aimed at helping you settle into and enjoy parenthood.

Topics include:
    * Feeding and Sleeping – encouraging good feeding and sleeping habits
    * Health and Growth – How to deal with common infant complaints
    * Baby Massage – a great way to bond with your baby
    * Postnatal Changes – Looking after yourself
    * Child Development – How your baby grows and develops
    * Infant CPR – Keeping your baby safe

Baby & You provides the opportunity to share experiences and meeting others adjusting to similar changes in their lives.

Moving, Munching & Toy Making
Three fun and informative sessions for parents of children aged between 6 and 12 months

Learn about
    * Baby safety now that they are mobile
    * The development of fine and gross motor skills and how you can assist
    * How babies learn through play and age appropriate toys
    * The development of language and intellect and how you can stimulate this
    * Introducing solids and establishing good nutrition
    * Making your own inexpensive toys and books

All participants receive a FREE Baby Food and Beyond Recipe Book
