Parent Education
Parents Centre is proud of the six national programmes that we have available throughout the Centres. Parent Education programmes are primarily to assist all parents with the various ages and stages of their children. The programmes are well supported by volunteers within each Centre as well as invited speakers who are knowledgeable about a wide variety of topics. Watch local Centre newsletters for more information about parent education programmes in your Parents Centre community and do register early to avoid missing out.
One-off parenting sessions
Many of the Centres also offer one-off parenting sessions such as toilet training or CPR as an example. Taking advantage of these programmes will enhance parenting skills and give you valuable support and information.
