We are part of a national organisation, Parents Centres NZ Inc, which was conceived in 1952 because of the need for antenatal education classes in New Zealand. These are known as childbirth education classes.
We are one of 52 Parents Centres nationwide, run by volunteers,who offer the following four core services to our members:
Parents Centre is well known for the excellent quality of its childbirth education classes.
