Part 1 - Child Birth Education

An informative and valuable preparation-for-birth class, covering all aspects of pregnancy, labour, birth and more. Quality childbirth education provided by qualified childbirth educators.

A comprehensive course in a friendly learning environment with a group of expectant parents from your area. Ideal for couples, or you & your support person.

Part 2: Baby & You Course

A fun and essential 4 session course for expectant parents on the practical side of caring for babies 0-3 months. Includes baby bathing session.

2012 Programme

All our Childbirth Education classes run once a week for 7 sessions in the evening between 7pm and 9pm. These are followed by 4 'Baby & You' sessions which run 10-12am on a weekend, then 3 sessions 10-12am on a weekday.
