CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION
Invercargill Parents Centre is proud to provide FREE Childbirth Education (ante-natal) classes to the community.
ALL our Childbirth Education classes are led by fully qualified Childbirth Educators.
Each Childbirth Education Course covers many aspects of childbirth including:
- relaxation
- labour and birth
- breastfeeding
Two course options are available:
- Weeknight Course (7 x Monday nights) 7.30 - 9.30pm
- Weekend Course (2 x Saturdays) 9.30am - 4.30pm
