Our main two Parenting Courses we offer are 'Baby and You' and 'Moving and Munching'
Baby and You Course
Learn key tips to develope and care for your baby and yourself during the first 4 months.
This course consists of 5 Tuesday mornings covering the following topics:
- Feeding and Sleeping
- Changes: Physical & Emotional
- CPR & 1st Aid
- Infant Health
- Baby Massage
- Baby Development
This course is held at Parents Place on a Tuesday morning from 10am - 12pm
Cost: $40 Parents Centre Member / $60 Non Member

Moving and Munching Course
Two fun and informative sessions for parents of children aged between 4 - 12 months.
Learn about:
- Baby safety now they are mobile
- The development of fine and gross motor skills, and how you can assist
- How babies learn through play and age appropriate toys
- The development of language and intellect and how you can stimulate this
- Introducing solids and establishing good nutrition
This course is held at Parents Place on a Monday morning, 6 times a year, from 10am - 11.30am
Cost: $15 Parents Centre Members / $25 Non Members
