East and Bays Parents Centre is a volunteer organisation run by parents for parents.We offer a range of fun and informative classes for expectant parents and parents of babies and young children.

Antenatal Classes/ Childbirth Education Classes
Learn about birthing, babies and meet new parents
East & Bays Parents Centre provides a six session course run by a professional Childbirth Educator.
We aim to provide a balanced approach to childbirth education. Classes are fun, informal & friendly and give the parents-to-be the opportunity to meet other parents in your local neighbourhood. Friendships formed may last a lifetime.

5 week course run on Wednesday morning
This 5 week course, held on Wednesday mornings, is for parents with babies ages from birth to three months old.
The Baby & You course is already offered when you book into a Childbirth Education class at East & Bays Parents Centre. However, parents who did not do an Antenatal course is more than welcome to do this course.

Moving and Munching Course
Parent Education course on Movement & Feeding for your baby.
Moving & Munching is a two-night course run approximately every 2 months for parents of children aged around 4-10 months.

Most of our courses are held at the Meadowbank Community Centre, 29 St Johns Road, Meadowbank
