OFFICE COORDINATOR
Due to our current office coordinator taking time out to have baby number two, an opportunity has arisen for a new face to join the Christchurch Parents Centre team.

This is a maternity leave position for 20 hours per week (Monday-Thursday) on a fixed term contract, covering the period of leave from Monday 13 February 2012 to Friday 08 February 2013.

Actual days and hours of work are flexible, and will be discussed during an interview.

The main aspects of this role are:
Coordinating the efficient running of our antenatal and parent education courses
Coordinating music and movement enrolments and supporting teachers
Maintaining our membership database
Liaising with members of the public who are in contact about the services we offer
Organising incoming and outgoing correspondence
General office administration tasks

 FOCUS SESSION COORDINATOR
Would you be able to help us organise regular information sessions with speakers on topics of current interest? This would include contacting potential speakers, arranging session dates and preparing flyers for advertising the sessions in the Centre and on our website. You would also need to maintain a bookings spreadsheet for each session.


VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
We are looking for someone who could volunteer some time (expected to be just a couple of hours per month) to collate forms received from people offering to volunteer for Parents Centre, and then uploading this information onto a Google document.


NEWSLETTER COORDINATOR
This role requires a person who can work with current advertisers as well as source new ones, and maintain a spreadsheet of advertisers for each edition of the Newsletter.
