This course is designed for those expecting their first child. Courses run for seven weekly sessions. The course is taught by a Childbirth Educator and facilitated by Parents Centre representatives. The content covers healthy pregnancy, childbirth and parenting preparation. Courses run continuously throughout the year. Early bookings are essential (when you are 6-12 weeks) and attend at around 26-30 weeks.
