Early Pregnancy

This is a one-evening session, facilitated by a Parents Centre Childbirth Educator. These evenings are scheduled every six weeks and include information on pregnancy care, birthing options, nutrition and foetal development.

This session is FREE of charge.

Antenatal Course

This course is designed for those expecting their first child. Courses run for eight weekly sessions. The course is taught by a Childbirth Educator and facilitated by Parents Centre representatives. The content covers healthy pregnancy, childbirth and parenting preparation. Courses run continuously throughout the year. Early bookings are essential (when you are 6-12 weeks) and attend at around 26-30 weeks.

Child to Children

This three-week course is designed for parents expecting another child:

Session 1: Sibling Rivalry

Session 2: Family dynamics

Session 3: Questions and answers about labour and birth, facilitated by a qualified Childbirth Educator

Course costs $15 for members / $20 for non-members
