- To develop a human resources plan, for a 3 year period, in conjunction with the strategic and financial plans
- To develop best practise human resources policies that have organisational relevance
- To develop and implement best practise performance management processes
- To maintain human resources documentation at the highest level and ensure its currency and relevance
- To perform as an effective EEO employer
- To develop and maintain the business best practise of a strategic risk management plan and clear control environment – key performance indicators
- To communicate effectively all internal and external systems, procedures and control mechanisms
- To manage an effective consultation process throughout the organisation
